Do you want to know where your order is?

After purchase confirmation, you will receive an email with your order information. Once the shipment has been updated, you will also receive the tracking code or the link to follow the delivery.

How to track your order 

  1. Check your order confirmation email.
  2. Look for the tracking code sent by email.
  3. Enter the code on the indicated tracking page or click directly on the received link.
  4. If the code is not yet active, wait a few hours: in some cases, the courier takes time to update the system.

If you have not received the tracking code within [insert timeframe, e.g., 3-5 business days], contact us with:

Email used for the order
Order number
Date of purchase
